This venous imager is designed according to the principle of hemoglobin's absorption of infrared light intensity.

Compared with the superficial skin and its tissues, hemoglobin has a strong ability to absorb infrared light, so the reflected infrared light can be detected by an infrared camera, collected through the computer USB port, and then displayed on the screen after image enhancement and recognition processing. A qualified healthcare provider can observe the vascularity shown and assess their suitability for venipuncture.

This vein display device can easily allow medical staff to see the veins, greatly reducing the fear of needle sticks, and assisting medical staff in operations such as intravenous infusion and blood drawing.
