How to use:
Sit still for a few minutes, thread your arms through the cuff and bind
Measure with bare arms or with only light clothing;
The center of the armband is at the same height as the heart;
The binding strength of the armband is moderate, and it is appropriate to fit one finger;
The lower part of the armband is 1-2cm away from the elbow joint;
Press the user key to start the measurement automatically
When measuring, the palm is relaxed and the palm is upward;
Keep calm and relax your body during the measurement;
Do not speak or move your body during the measurement;
