Product Description

 

This product is a rapid direct binding test kit for NT-proBNP . Results are available in 10-20 minutes. It is very sensitive and easy for storage.

 

Intended Use

The NT-proBNP Fast Test Kit (colloidal gold) is intended for use together with the THR-AC8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer. It can be used to detect Cardiac NT-proBNP  in human serum, plasma or whole blood specimens in vitro quantitatively.

This test serves as an aid in the diagnosis of patients with suspected heart faliure.

 Principle

This product is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination NT-proBNP. Two monoclonal antibodies are employed to identify NT-proBNP specifically, resulting in a purplish red streak appears on the test line. The color intensity of the test line increases in proportion to the  NT-proBNP concentration.

 

Then insert test card into the THR-AC8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer, the concentration of  NT-proBNP  is measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The result can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system.
