Operating Method | |
1. When the food cart in working conditions,should be placed in the horizontal ground. | |
2. Inject enough clean water to the water plate in the bottom of the cart. | |
3. Put in all the foods to the cart,close the airproof-door. | |
4. Connect the food cart with electric controller box,also connect with power. | |
5. Push the switch to turn on the food cart,the light indicator in green show us in working condition.The working time could be fixed 1-20mins according to detail requirement. | |
6. When heating for10-20mins,power would be cut off automatically by the time-controller. | |
7. Checking the temperature on the board,should be 80-100°C.Because of the Heat retaining functions,the temperature will raise about 10°C. | |
8. As to different temperature each season,the heating time should be fixed flexible. |
